Early in 2009, the Project will release its report as well as an integrated proposal on climate change and air pollution in conjunction with the release of the 1000 page plus issue of the New York University Environmental Law Journal issue devoted to the project's symposium. In addition, during the spring semester, two of the project's co-leaders, David Schoenbrod and Katrina Wyman, will teach a seminar at New York Law School in which students use the project's principles to evaluate bills introduced in Congress and other policy proposals for environmental law reform.
