Obsolete Statutes Hinder Environmental Protection in the 21st Century
New Haven—On March 2nd, 2010 Yale University Press will publish BREAKING THE LOGJAM: Environmental Protection That Will Work. Legal experts from New York Law School and New York University School of Law collaborate to propose fundamental changes in the environmental protection statutes necessary to tackle climate change, air pollution and other environmental and natural resource challenges.
